MY COACHING STORY

Audrey Rajnak. Experienced. Professional. Supportive. Certified.

More than any other topic, my coaching focuses on improving lives at work, for individuals and teams. This can take many forms including values exploration and alignment, strengths understanding and application, improving communication and managing conflict. (Hint: While we start with improving work, every improvement has a ripple effect to the rest of your life). My coaching will aid you in creating awareness and taking small actions that add up to big results. I take great pride in the progress and successes of my clients and look forward to helping you.

It was my own opportunity to work with a coach that brought forward an important realization -  the times when I've loved my work the most were the times when I was helping individuals or teams solve personal or interpersonal problems. I found that I was intensely interested in the people at work and what motivated them.  It is a thrill for me to observe people have experienced breakthroughs, of any size or shape.

In 2019 I made a choice to invest in my passion and build a coaching and consulting business that puts the elevation of others at the center.  December 2020 I completed the Executive and Professional Coaching program at UT Dallas. A science-based program, it was rigorous training to prepare me for the coaching profession. I've since completed certification with the International Coach Federation, ICF.

My professional experience has been primarily in the financial services industry working in real estate, technology, change management, and project management. I hold a number of additional certifications including ProSci Change Practitioner, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, EQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 Certified Practitioner, PMI PMP, an undergraduate degree in Economics, an MBA and a Masters of Science in Leadership and Organizational Development.

I had the privilege of having Audrey coach me for several months during the fall of 2020. We connected very well over Zoom and were able to easily establish a relationship based on trust that allowed for meaningful conversation and personal growth on my part. Audrey was able to use thought-provoking questions that helped me discover underlying concerns or issues that I wanted to investigate further. The time spent with her was very worthwhile. Part of my realization was that setting aside time to focus on me is important - and my coaching sessions provided that opportunity. She is a pleasure to work with and her future is bright!
