Group Coaching for New Leaders (2023-C2)

Service Description

Your organization has entrusted you to lead others. It is an honor. Leading people can be one of the greatest challenges and one of the most rewarding challenges in a person's career. It can also be confusing and lonely. Coaching can help you navigate these challenges. In this group coaching pop-up you will have the opportunity, in a confidential environment, to learn from a group of peers as you each share new leader challenges and receive coaching on specific topics. You will also be introduced to tools and research about common challenges faced by new leaders. *Enrollment capped at 8 This pop-up includes: + 1 Introduction Meeting (60 minutes) to get to know others in the group and set intentions for the weeks ahead. (2/15) + 5 Group Coaching Meetings (75 minutes each) in which the coach will first introduce a tool, approach or piece research for development (15 min). The bulk of the time will be spent receiving and observing coaching on a variety of topics selected by the group itself. (2/22, 3/9, 3/22, 4/4, 4/19) + 1 Full Coaching Meeting (50 minutes) in a 1:1 format a coaching deep dive with me on the subject of your choosing. (You will receive a coupon code to redeem for this meeting which must be used between 2/15/2023-5/5/2023) Pricing: $425, due at enrollment. Logistics: Meetings will be held over zoom. Cancellation Policy

Hopefully you'll never need to cancel... but if you do, please cancel 24 hours in advance. I understand sometimes life just doesn't work that way. Repeated late cancellations will result in surrendering the paid appointment.
